Smule Launches A New iPad Music App Called The Magic Fiddle
Smule, the same company that brought you the Magic Piano app for the Apple iPad, has once again made the apple device make music. This time they are turning the iPad into a Magic Fiddle, instead of a Magic Piano.
The Magic Fiddle app is jam packed with a 20 song catalog and loads of social networking features that allow users to share music and compete with one another. Magic Fiddle basically teaches users how to play the fiddle by using a rolling line of music notes that turn into a set of virtual strings, kind of like how Guitar Hero works. The app also lets you create your own tunes if you get tired of the same ol library of songs.
While there is probably a lot of speculation about the Magic Fiddle app, because it does seem a little gimmicky. But before you start to place judgment about this music app check out the video of the famous St. Lawrence String Quartet actually playing their music from the iPad… I think this will definitely change your mind.
If your look to download the Smule Magic Fiddle app, then you can get it for $3 from the Apple store.
